Can I switch or cancel plans later?
Yes. Upgrade/downgrade anytime — proration is automatic on the next billing cycle. Cancel from the dashboard; access stays active until the period ends, then the account falls back to the free tier. No clawback on already-rendered clips.
How are credits counted?
One credit equals one minute of processed video — works the same whether you're rendering a 60-second short (1 credit) or scanning a 90-minute Kick VOD for highlights (90 credits). Each subscription tier comes with a monthly allowance; when it's used up, top up with a credit pack for pay-as-you-go.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
New renders + scans pause until your next monthly grant or until you top up. Jobs already in progress finish (you're not interrupted mid-pipeline). Credit packs stack on top of your monthly allowance.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes — yearly billing is ~20% cheaper than monthly. Toggle "Yearly" at the top of this page to see the discounted rates. You're billed once for the year and the same monthly caps apply each month.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions and credit packs are processed through NOWPayments — 150+ cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL. Activation is automatic on chain confirmation (usually 1–10 minutes). Custom invoicing is available on Agency.
Do you offer refunds?
Within the first 7 days of a new subscription, we'll refund unused time if the product hasn't worked for your use case — just email us. After 7 days or once a significant portion of the monthly cap has been used, refunds aren't available, but you can cancel to avoid renewal.
What does "custom branding" cover?
Replace the default cl1pper watermark with your own logo (PNG, transparent background recommended) and lock a brand color palette so all subtitle styles match. Available on Studio and Agency.
Is there an API?
Yes — POST a VOD URL or upload an MP4, get back the rendered MP4 + metadata. Available on Agency. Talk to us for keys + a rate-limit profile that fits your volume.
